Children's Dental Maintenance Plan (up to 18 years of age)
A Children's Dental Maintenance Plan which can be tailored to meet the needs of the practice.
- You can choose to cover the patient for any of the treatments listed in the patient contract
- When the patient turns 18 you re-contract them onto one of the other adult Plan options
- ICP's Dental Emergency Assistance Support product is included
- Family discounts may apply
