  • Processing patient registration forms
  • Issuing new plan patients with a payment schedule and insurance policy document
  • Collecting patients’ payments by direct debit
  • Arranging payment to each dentist by electronic transfer
  • Taking action with regards to any patient’s non-payment, informing patients by letter and sending a copy to you
  • Informing patients annually by letter of any alteration of plan payments or insurance premium
  • Providing you with monthly payment reports, which includes new patients, cancellations and a copy of patient correspondence
  • Dealing with all aspects of the accident and emergency insurance
