Richardsons Dental Practice Set up support

The challenge

Richardsons Dental Practice had been established for over 40 years and had built a strong patient base. The practice closed back in 2008 but was reopened by Rachel in 2011.

After opening under new ownership, the practice was conscious of engaging with the previous patient base in order to attract them back to the practice.

The solution

After being approached by Rachel, we agreed a membership plan would benefit the practice in order to regain the loyalty of the previously established patient list.

We provided all the required information and advice and recommended how best this should be implemented. We also ensured that Rachel and her team were completely comfortable with the decision and made sure the membership plan was introduced when it was right for them.
