The challenge

Sandra opened her new dental practice in late December 2014. As well as attracting new patients to the practice being a key requirement, she also fully understood the need for regular cash flow to help meet her overheads.

Sandra was determined to have a dental plan in place from day one so that patients could become ‘members’ of the practice from the outset. She was keen to make dental care at Measham affordable and felt a dental plan would help patients spread the cost of their routine care.

The solution

She researched the dental plan market, and looked at 5 dental plan providers, including IndepenDent, putting together a comprehensive tick-list of requirements to help the process.

We took the time to get to know her and her practice and help her to feel completely comfortable with the plans available. To help get Sandra started we also offered 9 months 0% administration fees (something we offer to all new clients) and assured her that patients wouldn't be charged a joining fee either – one less barrier to overcome.

After our in-depth consultation, Sandra went ahead with a range of maintenance plans which suited her practice and patient needs and enabled her to obtain an immediate, regular cashflow.
