The challenge

Dant-y-Coed Dental Practice has been a client of IndepenDent Care Plans for a number of years now with numerous patients already taking advantage of our plans. The practice went under new ownership back in 2007, however new patients signing up onto the plans had slowed down.

The solution

We met with the Practice Manager and discussed the option of a relaunch of the plan. We worked with the practice to redevelop the plan information brochures, drafted a price comparison leaflet, produced promotional posters for all their surgeries and compiled a presentation to play in the waiting room. In addition, to support the relaunch of the membership plan, practice staff received refresher training.

We also introduced various promotions for the practice to offer to patients joining the plan and helped compile recall letters to encourage their private, non-plan members to attend more regularly.
